INVITE ONLY -- Funding through this continuation application is open to nineteen (19) Comprehensive Domestic Violence Service Providers in Maryland as identified by the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence (MNADV) to provide services to victims of domestic violence in the State of Maryland. All applications must be submitted via the Grants Management System (GMS) portal.
