Procedures on Personal Records and Geolocation Data

The Governor's Office of Crime Prevention and Policy has established Procedures on Personal Records and Geolocation Data to help protect personal information and prevent the sale or unauthorized redisclosure of data, in accordance with § 10-1702 of the Maryland State Government Article.
