Justice Reinvestment Advisory Board

Background

Chapter 515 of 2016 - PDF established the Justice Reinvestment Advisory Board to provide advice to the Justice Reinvestment Oversight Board. The Justice Reinvestment Advisory Board is made up of stakeholders in the criminal justice system who assist in analyzing the efficacy and outcomes of the Justice Reinvestment Act’s implementation. Members participate in regular convenings and refer topics for policy development to the Justice Reinvestment Oversight Board.
