History
The primary purpose of the Legal Services for Crime Victims (LSCV) grant program is to ensure that the money obtained from unclaimed restitution under §11-614 (b)(2) of this title is used for annual grants to provide legal counsel to victims of crime and delinquent acts to protect the victims’ rights as provided by law.
