All grant applications and post-award reports must be submitted through the Grants Management System (GMS).

Before applying for funding, prospective applicant organizations must:

• Submit the required documentation to request GMS access.
• Obtain individual login credentials for each employee who needs to use the system.

Each GMS user must have their own login credentials.
